CNC milled parts is the true heart of the business. With well over twenty years experience we pride ourselves at delivering quality. Advanced Engineering has invested in a XYZ 1020 vertical machining centre equipped with Siemens ShopMill control. We manufacture large and heavy components to very small precision milled parts. We see components through all stages from R&D prototypes to production runs with fast turnarounds.

All machines accept DXF, DWG and IGES files and components can be programmed offline via CADCAM.

Most of our CNC milling machining is for aluminium castings and solid aluminium blocks weighing over 200 KGs. We machine large steel fabrications to simple machined fabrications that go with our CNC Turned pins. We also manufacture precision machined turned & milled brass parts.
